Hello all... just out of curiousity.. I bought both an origional BT mouse and a BT keyboard used, so I did not get any of the documentation that comes with them..

so I was curious as to the maintanence that is included with these.

With my MBP, do I have to turn both the keyboard and mouse off everytime after I leave? or if it isn't connected to anything will they automatically go into like a sleep mode?

any other tips on keeping them in good working order?

I have a bluetooth mighty mouse. I'm not sure if you are supposed to or not but I have had mine for 2 months now. I use it constantly and it still shows full battery power. It has amazing power managment. I leave mine on all the time now, except to travel.

how to you keep it working after you close the lid? When I close the lid of the computer, it looses connection, and then when I open it, it doesn't regain... is there a way to make it regain connection with the devices?

changes ur bluetooth settings to allow bluetooth settings to wake your computer. you will then be able to just press a key and your computer will come alive again.
