I need to change the termination on my UW SCSI HD from on to off. I don't know the model of the HD, it's the one that originally shipped with the G3/266 as a BTO option (there's also information at http://til.info.apple.com/techinfo.nsf/artnum/n24330

Can anyone give me easy directions on how to accomplish this? Thanks!

Look for a shunt marked TE (Termination Enable)

Keep in mind that you can look up the model number on the HD vendors web site and get exact settings.
