I would appreciate input on the Contour UniMouse. I just went to Contour's web site to check out the software one has to download in order to use the UniMouse. For people who own the UniMouse, has anyone had any trouble with the software? Do you find the control panal compatible with all software, or are there conflicts? Also, how do you rate the Auto-Scroll feature? If there is anybody who has tried both a UniMouse and a mouse with a wheel, which did you find better?

I have and recommend the Contour UniMouse. I love it. I have not had any problems with the software what-so-ever. The scroll button was a new feature for me, and I have never used a wheel mouse so I can't make comparison, but I don't even think about it. This is the only mouse I have ever used that just became an extention of my hand, it's really comfortable. The scroll button also fits with the feel of the Mac menus, if you hold the button down and move the mouse the page moves in that direction until you let go. Or if you press and release the AutoScroll button and move the mouse it moves in whatever direction you move it and can stop the scrolling when you move it in the opposite direction, really nice if your reading a long Document.
