Does anyone know where to order a USB MIDI interface, such as Opcode's MIDIport or Mark Of The Unicorn's FastLane? I can't find them in MacWarehouse-like places.

Mac retailers don't seem to stock music related products anymore... Your better off tracking down a good music store. Any place that sells synths and sequencing software etc should be able to mail one to you. By the way, I think the MidiMan/Midisport device is a good device to use. Here in England I buy a lot of my Equiptment from Digital Village. But I have no idea where you live so i can't easily recomend someone to you!
