Hey,

Being back from the land of the pc world, I have a Matrox G200 PCI Card that used to be used in a PC. My question is, what is the real difference between MAC and PC graphics cards, and why or why not would this card not work in a G4 system.

They each have built-in flash memory that is exclusive to the OS. I asked this very same question before. The ATI Radeon for PC was $99, and the MAC version was over $230 or something. I wanted to same some money and just download the appropriate driver, but no can do.

Actually the PCI seems to be tougher to switch, but there are reports of some luck at XLR8yourmac.com.
