Hi,
Does anyone out there have a DVDRevo (CDCyclone) DVD FireWire rewriteable? I have not been able to burn one CD yet. At the moment I have received a new unit but I still receive the "Hardware Error" message when trying to burn to a CDRW using Toast 5.0.1. I have updated to 9.1, tossed iTunes, but no luck.
I even tried it here at home on my G3 350 with similar results. The mac at work which the unit was purchased is a Dual G4 500 with 256 ram.
I have not tried to burn DVD's yet at this point. Is anyone out there using this product and having similar problems or knowing of a solution?

Monday I will be calling the manufacturer back and talking about returning it with a refund but if there is someone out there with a solution please drop me a line.
