Are there any hints on 19 or a 20 inch Apple LCD in the near future?
Does anybody see a price drop around Macworld paris on Apple LCD's??
I'm just trying to decide when to make my purchase.

no get your hopes up....offering 3 different sized LCD's is abotu the max i think you'll see... just common sense...

I don't see any new size or lower price with respect to apple lcds in the near future. they just dropped the prices didn't they? also i don't think there is a huge need in the 19-20" market, whereas the 17" lcd was long overdue.

I'm in the same boat...trying to figure out when a good time to jump on an LCD would be. Last thing I want to do is shell out a wad of cash, then see Jobs magically drop the price. I know it's a reality, but would still suck.
The way I see it, I think there is room for the 17" to come down some. Right now it's going for $999, while the 15" is $599. Now, $400 just for an extra 2" of screen space seems kind of ridiculous. For the price of the 17", you come with $200 of buying TWO 15" monitors. Hmmmm....
The 17" should be priced at $799 -- SOON! Man I hope so...

i don't see any new screen sizes, but i do see price drops around MWSF02-MYNY02 time frame.......i can see the 15" being 500(i mean, the CRT never went below 500(?)) i see the 17" maybe dropping $100 or $200 max......it's a pretty good price point......last but not least, i can see the ACD going down to maybe $2000 at the lowest....that'd be so sweet.......i love the monitor and will probably get one in a year or so.......just waiting for the magic $2000 price point
i mean, if it goes down to $2000, i'm sure A LOT of people will put up the extra money to get that beautiful LCD.......$2000 seems like the right point that people will finally say, "alright......i'll splurge a little and get the 22" ACD....i mean, they just dropped it $500!!!)
apple will probably get a ton of sales like this(including from me.....)
