What is the largest 7200 sata drive for laptops? 100gig right?

I am getting close to getting the mac book with in the next 3 months like I had plained and was looking to get the best hd for it and max ram. Does any one have complaints for integrated graphics card compared to something like the ibookg4? What would be the advantage and disadvantage?

So I probably can take it to the local shop to install the hd in when the 200 giger comes out.
