Does anyone know if AppleCare covers Airport Express/Extreme base stations that have already been bought?

The AppleCare website seems to indicate that it does, but I wondered if anyone has direct experience, as marketing talk and real life rarely follow the same path. I have an Extreme basestation and a couple of Expresses - so it would be nice extra benefit of the cover if my peripherals were secured when I bought a new Mac + AppleCare.
