I just got a Casio QV-3000EX, and I am using Photo Loader 1.0.2E. The pics on my camera are supposed to upload automatically to my computer. But instead of pics uploading on my computer, a window pops up and says "this disc can not recognized, would you like to format this disc?" If i format it, nothing happens. And if I dont format it, nothing happens. If you have any idea why this isnt working, please reply.

i know this isn't what you wanted to hear, but give casio's website a quick search.

also try reinstalling the software.
