Since I've owned this machine I've had problems on and off getting Toast to recognise it. I've had no luck so far under OS 9.0.4 and Toast 4.1.2 Deluxe. Is there anyoone out there who has had success with this? If so, please post instructions/firmware update details/extension set-ups...anything that might help!

Well, I found my identical drive worked under 9.0.4 with Toast 3.8! Now I'm onto OSX the damn drive will only burn data CDs (reboot into 9 required for audio), and even then only with Toast 5.1.1. Apple System Profiler tells me it's a Mass Storage recognised drive, so should work, but neither iTunes nor Disc Burner do the business...

Anyway, have you made any progress? Do you want a copy of Toast 3.8!?
