What are the transfer speeds of Bluetooth?

I having a heck of a time syncing with my palm with my mac. It seems to take forever well actually it takes anywhere from 3-5 minutes. I really do not have that many conduits to sync.

Anyone know what speeds I should get when I sync via BT. Should it be faster than syncing via cradle?

It is slow as hell. Between 500 - 700 mbps.

Heh, its 500 mbps? I'll take that anyday!

Really though I heard it was 2-3 mbps, but most people are saying 700-900 kbps.
