I just updated to OS 9.1 and my iShock isn't working anymore. When I try to configure it in CVGS the Up, Down, Left, and Right buttons work but R1, R2, L1, L2, X, Triangle, Circle, and Square don't work when I try to assign them to those buttons. I have the most recent drivers. I think it's incompatibaility with 9.1. Any suggestions?

I've had a similar problem. I personally think the ishock software is not being a very good bridge to game sprockets. It isn't necessarily new to 9.1, because I've had the same problem occur now in both 9.04 and 9.1.

The funny thing for me is that the ishock controller stopped being recognized entirely after a few games on CVGS under 9.04, simultaneously with Quake 3 Arena, and I couldn't figure it out, and eventually forgot about it. Then I upgraded to 9.1, and plugged in the ishock, and suddenly CVGS let me configure it like before (all buttons working). Then after playing Driver a few times, over a day or two last week, CVGS stopped recognising the controller at all, and the ishock manager wouldn't react either. This made me grumpy.

Because the OS is so fresh, I just ran the installers again for 9.1 and ishock. The ishock works again. But I know this doesn't solve the mystery. I have another game device or two, and they all still work fine.

I have not had any difficulties with my iShock and the upgrade to OS 9.1.
I'm running:
MacAlly iShock Driver 1.2
Input Sprocket 1.7.3

I have not tried reconfiguring it in CVGS. but in SNES9X the Configure Input Sprocket works fine, and the iShock Manager is fine.

I'd suggest trashing the iShock software, the Input Sprocket software, and all related prefs. also trash CVGS prefs. then restart and reinstall Input Sprocket, then iShock. hope this works
