I just purchased the G4 500 dual processor with Apple Installed ATI Radeon card. It is hooked up to a Multiscan 17 model with the appropriate connector as specified (VGA port with 590-1120-A adapter) in the Knowledgebase article # 58692 (Power Mac G4: Display Compatibility). Using any resolution, the icons, control strip, and menu items are off the screen. The monitor controls cannot be configured to correct this. Even the new Apple optical mouse has a jaggedy performance. Strangely, when I hooked the system together, the screen was fine for the first few hours, and after playing games, etc. the monitor began to act screwy. None of my usual troubleshooting methods have worked. Is this a basic incompatibility between the ATI radeon card and this monitor? ?Any solutions. David
