Agfa DuoScan 1200 dark scans

	All of a sudden one of my scanners reported that she is getting really dark scans out of the Agfa DuoScan 1200. Agfa support is so slow, the thing will die of old age before they get back with us (machine is out of warranty). Everything appears to be working right, but the scans are really dark. Because of the tech support problem, I don't know if it could be a burned out bulb (You can't just buy one of these, at least I can't find one because I can't find the specs for it. Anyone have an idea what's going on here
