I just picked up a Mighty Mouse (Wireless) less than a day ago, and I'm still trying to figure out how I want buttons assigned to actually benefit my workflow.

What I want to do right now is assign a keystroke to the middle button. I don't see an option for that in the system preferences though. I want to assign Alt+Tab to the middle button (activates Witch).

Does anyone know how I can do this?

Thanks in advance.

SteerMouse TOP

Unfortunately it costs money. I hope Apple adds more options in leopard.

Thanks kmkkid.... it seems pretty ridiculous that a keystroke isn't a default option (as well as pretty much all the features in SteerMouse. I'm starting to think I should have stuck with my $20 wireless Microsoft mouse.

Thanks again.

Any recent info on whether any of the Steermouse type features will be in Leopard?
Some of the features like making the secondary button on a Mighty Mouse a double-click seem like pretty basic stuff.

unfortunately no, hopefully they add some MM features in Leopard, but we'll just have to wait and see I guess.
