New G-4 and old LW Pro 600. Have a Keyspan Twin Serial Port USB adapter, can't see the printer. Do I need to go to Farallon or Asante ethernet to Localtalk adapters or has someone found a way to make the Keyspan work.

The Keyspan "does not support Geoport or AppleTalk" it says on the packaging for the USA-28X model. Screwed me up for use with my LaserWriter Select 360.

Went to an Asanté Friendly Hub and LocalTalk adapters - instant success!

Tip: FastNet brand of LocaslTalk adapters has a built in termination
on/off switch - beautiful.
