Help!! I can't get ny Que!Fire CDRW 12x10x32 to work with my new G4 Cube. Toast won't recognize it. I got frustrated and bought a Zip CD USB CDRW and it works fine .Any ideas? I'm not getting much help from QPS!!!

Did you try reinstalling Toast, or updating to the latest version?

Make sure you have Toast 4.1.2. With Toast open (and it says no burners are detected), turn off, then turn on the drive. Give it 5 seconds or so; Toast will rescan the bus and see it.

I've had this problem occasionally with my Pismo 'book and a G4-450. After awhile, Toast sees it consistantly.
