I've got a small business in need of an OS X tape backup solution. I'd like to know what others around here have been using. On the Windows side, we're pretty happy and familiar with DAT 72s and LTO drives, and for this firm I'd like to use a DAT 72 drive but cannot find definitive information about which drives will be compatible with MacOS X Server.

Also, what software does everyone recommend for performing the backup? I know that there are lots of fans of SuperDuper, but that does not backup to tape. Retrospect seems to be the only other option, and sadly that seems a poor one to me as my previous experiences with that package have been abysmal.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
