Hi all,
I just started as the only IT guy for the local newspaper in town and im encountering a lot of hardware I dont have a lot of exposure to. Hopefully someone has seen this before and is willing to help, Thanks in advance.
When printing to a Xante Accel-a-Writer 4N, (Either through internal printer menus [diagnostics, startup pages, etc] or from a computer on the network) If the manual feed is selected, it will switch the page orientation of what you are printing. If the page should come out in landscape it will try to print it vertically - thus cutting off the sides of the image and leaving white space on the top and bottom of the page. Conversely if you print a standard letter page (A start page for example) It will print it with a landscape orientation - cutting off the top and bottom of the image this time, and leaving white space on the sides of the page.
This problem does not occur when printing from the cassette.
Any Ideas?
Mike
