TV to PC converter for Cinema HD?

	I'm wondering if anybody has had any experience with those TV to PC converters that will let my PC accept a TV feed. I'm asking because I'm still on the fence between getting a HD-ready TV and using it with my Mac Mini or a Cinema HD screen and pump a TV feed in for PIP. Thanks.
