My 970 cxi worked fine on my imac dvse and ibook, but is not working on a sawtooth G4... Got type 2 errors and would freeze w. start ups.
Finally started the computer w. extensions off...
But what do I need to do to get this printer to work w. the G4?

My 970cxi works great with my Sawtooth G4/400. Remove the drivers and then reinstall them.
Does your comp freeze on startup when the printer is on or off?

When the printer was off. Will remove drivers and re install.
Also have noticed that I get the error message 2 when I try to connect w. remote access after the computer has been sleeping.
