30 gig Ipod Bare Hard Drive adaptor to usb

I have a ipod that the housing was broken and hard drive soon enuf just came loose and i want to know how to get the 30 gigs of music files back. i need to know if there is such thing as an adaptor that connects the bare ipod hard drive to usb?

the ipod drive is a ATA /EIDE 1.8 inch.

There is a toshiba portege 1.8 inch to 3.5 inch adapter. costs 99.

From there, you can use a usb to 3.5 inch adapter. USB 2.0 to IDE Cable Adapter (for 2.5" and 3.5" IDE) ADA-USB2IDE-25-35 ADA-USB2IDE-25-35 $9.50
