Hi,

I bought a new 1270 wide format for proofing my Quark files. Having just started using Quark I didn't realize it doesn't rasterize EPS files like Illustrator when it prints so my proofs look terrible. Can I get around this with software, an add-on, or should i sell it and move up to something with dedicated postscript?

I understand that Adobe Press Ready will support the 1270. The drivers have not been released yet but are supposed to be soon. I have purchased a 1270 and plan to use it with Press Ready and InDesign. The 1270 is on back order it seems that no one has any as yet or they have sold out first shipments.

I currently use Press Ready with an Epson 1520 with great results.
