epson printing whole page

I have a 6400/32mg/OS8.5.1 and a new Epson 740
printer that does not print the whole page in IE or Explorer. It cuts off the right hand inch or more. I know I have seen this problem many times on these boards, but cannot remember the solutions. Thanks ahead of time for your help.

well, if you have seen the question/problem posted here and have read posted solutions, would it not logically follow that you would be able to search the forums and find your answer? the forum search engine is easy to use, it is fast... i use it all the time
