4ns DDR that is clocked at either 480 or 500Mhz, with the GPU clocked at 240 or 250Mhz. It will come with 64MB of RAM for the Mac version, at least that is my guess, since the high-end card for PCs will have 128MB. There are even prototype photos of the Radeon II at certain Korean sites...
