I got my iPod and absolutely love it. However, earphone is simply too uncomfortable for anyone who tried it (Designer of this earphone must have an unusually large ear hole). It is quite a disappointment to a product which otherwise is worth of every penny of it.
Here is my call to Apple to do the right thing next time... Provide a groundbreaking wireless earphone accessory to the iPod users. It can be an addon to the top of the iPod, using firewire as power source. Earphone should be smaller and thinner than the current one and be worn like a necklace (using single AAA battery for power). Bluetooth technology will be good protocol for it.
Apple has been one of the pioneers in Airport 802.11b technology; So Apple please do your loyal customers a favor by giving a truely groundbreaking wireless earphone.
In the meantime, I have to rely on old faithful Sony earphone.
