hi folks

i bought a used laserwriter pro 630 and i'm trying to edit the name that shows up at the top of the test page - it's the previous owner's name. any suggestions?

Get the Apple Printer Utility. That will allow you to change the name of the printer easily. If it's not already installed on your system (usually can find it the Apple Extras folder, I think) you can get it with the LaserWriter 8.6 software drivers or you can download it directly from VersionTracker.

And you can also see how many pages the LW has printed.
