I have a 200GB external, formatted NTFS. If I convert it to FAT32, do I have a size limitation (in GB)?

Plus, how can I do this without losing the data... and aside from making many many CDs to backup the files?

macfuse - Google Code and NTFS-3G Read/Write Driver Home will allow you to read/write NTFS on OSX.

FAT32 is limited to 4GB per file.

The only way I know of to convert from NTFS to FAT32 is with third party software on Windows.
