Canon MP830 serious paper jam!

Hi...I love this printer and it's the first time I ever got a paper jam. There is a piece of paper stuck in an area where I cnno reach it....any ideas on how to get the paper out? I see it but I can't quite grab it because its stuck so far in the printer! I already ripped off a piece of it trying to clutch it...it's stuck int he back of the printer...I see it when I open the bottom of the back! Help appreciated! Thanks.

You might have to take it into a repair place or attempt to disassemble the printer. OR get a pair of pliers? The paper might rip, though.

yeah I thought of those options....I hope someone can come and look at it only because I don't have a car :-( ....maybe I can figure something out though......

update...i just looked online at Canon's FAQs and searched paper jam....I was shocked to find that they actually did have a solution! I didn't know I could get the paper out from the very bottom...there's like a green thing you can lift up and pull paper out....so now it works again!  I LOVE THIS PRINTER!!!
