All UK users will know what SKY+ is - but for US people - apparently it's like TIVO. SKY is a satellite TV service ans the Sky+ box allows you to record programs into it's hard drive.

I'm basically wondering how I can plug my macbook into the sky+ box to record mpg/ avi (etc) versions to my mac so Ican use the video in different ways... to watch, to burn to DVD, to crop and mix for fun etc.
