Hi. I have a QPS! Que 4x4x8 cd-rw drive......and an iBook SE Key Lime 466MHz and an Imac DV 400.....now for my problem.....When i plug in the usb cable into either computer, i get a message saying that the required software cannot be found......and i tried to download a patch from qps, but to no avail......it doesnt help....i have mac os 9.1 on both computers, and i also have iTunes.....I check in the Apple System profiler, and it is recognized on the usb channel, but i cant use it.......please help me!

P.S.
It used to work, but i havent used it in a while, and then when i plugged it in the 'puter again, it wasnt recognized.....

Check your version of USB. Mine is 1.4.6 and works fine, but I haven't tried it with a USB burner (I use firewire).
