Missed the bit in the keynote about the Pod but am curious to know, will everyone who has an old iPod be able to use iSync and iCal with their Pod. Was assuming it was just going to be firmware update for the Pod, but now not sure. Would be extremely peeved if it wasn't available for us old pod users!!

Can't remember who posted it, but someone said an Apple rep on the MW floor had promised the firmware update will be compatible with all 'Pods. Read somewhere else that It will be Firmware update 1.2, and available in time for Jaguar...

Yeah, the 1.2 firmware update (to be available in "early August") will bring all of the newly-announced features to the iPod like iSync, calendars, song ratings, etc.
