Is there an all-in-one printer, fax and scanner with laser printer output? Unfortunately, ink jet output is unacceptable in our application.

Look at the Brother line. I have an MFC 8300 which is fax, printer and copier (no scanner) and it is great. I've had it for over a year with no problems and I haven't even had to change the toner. It has both a USB port and a PC style printer port. I have my Mac connected to one and my PC to the other and it does cross platform printing. The fax is fast. I hightly recommend them. About $400 US. I bet they have one with a scanner as well.
