Is there any way to directly sync a Palm V with OS X over USB? I want to do it directly, not using serial/USB adapters (the speed difference is incredible!). Unfortunately, all the things I've found are for the Palm m500 series only, which have difference connectors from my older Palm V. I've seen a couple of cables as well, but they only seem to work with OS 9.

Any suggestions or success stories?

I use that USB cable for syncing my Palm V to my Dell notebook. Works well on the laptop but I have not had any success on my Quicksilver 733. I am using the adapter from Palm and it works but requires a special way of setting it up or else the Mac does not recognize it.
