This is just great. I had a nice surge of electricity from a lightning storm go through my house and take out a board on my $2000 Apple 850AV monitor (that's what I paid originally). Until then, the monitor worked and looked flawless. I take exceptional care of my toys. So I send it in to get it fixed. Took about 2 weeks and I go pick it up. I open the box and the monitor has been majorly dropped on it's corner, now it's all cracked up and broken. I am so ticked. Now it's going to be forever to get back to the nice system I used to have. I am so mad! I don't even know if it works, but even after it's fixed next time, I'm sure by having had it dropped it suffered a good jolt and who knows how long it will last now. I know people are going to say, the shippers dropped it. Probably the case, but obviously it wasn't packed correctly then. It was shipped with the monitor facing down. Is that normal. Sorry everyone, I'm just venting bigtime.
