I'm about to set up a couple of Imacs INSIDE an Italian church (i've already got one in Santa Maria Novella and one in Prato's Cathedral) but this time i'm asked to use touchscreen technology and a kiosk feature.
I would like to use a ready made solution for the kiosk, but I'm ready do develop one.
Know of such products? Or who who the translucent Imac case manufacturer is called?
As far as touchscreen solution I have seen acouple, but would like to hear opinions and suggestions.

The nicest one I've personally seen is the TouchStation by MicroTouch (www.microtouch.com). The touch screen is bonded to the imac screen under a layer of glass. It's impervious to scratching and absolutely invisible. You have to buy the whole modified computer from them. They stock Blueberry and Grape and will modify the other colors on order.

You can find many other sources at guide.apple.com, but many of these are plastic films or snap on devices. I haven't seen them, and I do not know how well they would stand up in a uncontrolled public situation (although I would hope no one would steal your touch screen out of a church). Good luck.
