Getting a laptop for college this fall...looking for some "essential" accessories. Although I haven found much in the way of reviews on the Turbo Mouse Pro, I have 2 general questions related to it:

First, what is your recommendation on having a trackball for a laptop in general? It will live on my desk, so portability is not a priority. I'm extremely tempted to get the wireless model.....so any comments on wireless peripherals in general would be much appreciated.

Second of course would just be any specific information on the Turbo Mouse Pro itself. Thanks for all the help!!

The Turbo Mouse Pro is Great, I use it with my Ti 667 DVI...I think the cordless model would be a waste of money.
I also have a Microsoft Intellieye Trackball Explorer for my iBook. It works perfectly with the new OSX driver. It doesn't have the direct lauch buttons, but it's pretty damn cool nontheless.
