Does anyone have any experience with the Lacie DVD Buner with lightscribe on OS X....experience with getting it working!?! I have tried installing the accompanying software (LaCie Disc Recording Support) but it quits before it finishes. It doesn't install on my G5 or Macbook The upshot is the drive is not recognized.
No response from LaCie so any help or suggestions are appreciated.

it's been working great since day one on my tipb. latest os and everything. all i had to do was install the software, power the drive, then plug it in. only cink that that i have found is that sometimes lightscribe disks arnt seen as so if i burn then do the image, but always if i do an image then burn it works. but yeah, try out the link gordymac gave ya. also, the drive itself doesnt pop up on the desktop like say an external harddrive. it just shows up in the source lists for what you want to use for burning ect in an application.

i have an HP external dvd burner with lightscribe, and the lacie lightscribe software works perfectly with it. I can't imagine it not working with a lacie drive
