I have scene CD-RW with Firewire and USB, but has anyone seen one with SCSI and USB, or SCSI and Firewire, or even all three? Price is not an issue.

I haven't. And I think it is because SCSI is now considered outdated, and everyone is jumping on the much better FireWire interface.

While SCSI maybe outdated, it is by no means gone. It just that it's nice to have a CD-RW that can be used on a variety of machines. I have some older Power Macs and would like to avoid buying slow USB or expensive Firewire cards. Also, I haven't heard great reliability with firewire (at least Sony Spressa). I know the SCSI works.
