I'm looking for an external "capture card" with analog video in (White, Yellow, and Red video cables) that connects to a comp via Firewire. I'm planning on hooking my Xbox 360 up to it and recording gamely with iMovie, and aiming for little to no framerate lag when recording. If you can name or link any, that would be great. Thanks in advance.

The only consumer grade (and priced) capture card I know of with low enough lag to play games on is Elgato's eyetv hybrid.
