Just wanted to let people know (if you don't already) that Apple retail stores are willing to swap out bad iPods in-store. My iPod had a loose scroll wheel that spun uncontrollably while you moved. The people at the new store at The Grove, L.A. were very cool about it and swapped it out without any questions. I now have a brand new, gleaming iPod.

Yeah, Apple headquarters will do the same thing as well...only takes a few days...incredible customer service on the iPods. It's sad to hear all those people that are having trouble with those though.
