Hello!

Where can I find / obtain / hack an OS X driver for my 3M Touch Panel?

I've emailed 3M and basically they've told me to "go pound sand". Here's the actual email snipit:

All development on our MAC product line has been discontinued. There are
no plans to develop a MAC OS X driver.

Thank you, Technical Support
</font><hr /></blockquote><font size="1" face="Geneva, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif">A couple of interesting points:
If I load the OS 9.x extension and startup Classic the touch screen half-works. I can move the pointer but I can't get it to click or select. Quite odd.

There is also a Linux driver available.

I've contacted several companies about writing one but I don't have an extra $25,000.00!

Thanks

If you're wondering what I'm doing with this Touch Panel, <a href="http://homepage.mac.com/iTiburon/iTiburon2.html" target="_blank">click here</a>

eh, seems like you are up a creek unless you can find a college student that is poor enough and smart enough to write one for cheap.

Are there any other touch panel options?

Sucks that 3M is just throwing you out the door after paying for their product. Canon pretty much did that w/ my scanner and I refuse to ever buy anything from them again.
