This problem has me stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Setup:
B&W G3/400 1GB RAM 6GB HD
Radius PressView XL running at 1360x1024 @ 75HZ using a Radius video card (not certain what model)
ViewSonic E641 running off built-in Rage 128

The Problem:
At startup both displays come on and the Radius displays the Happy Mac, then the Welcome to Mac OS, the the progress bar shows and at that point the Radius display goes blank. It doesn't power down, but nothing is displayed.

The Workaround:
If I zap PRAM at startup, then the display comes up in monochrome, then switches to color when the extensions begin loading.
If I startup with extensions off, then the display works fine. However, I've tried disabling ALL the extensions (dragging them onto the desktop) and still have the same problem. I've also tried deleting the display preferences, but that didn't work.

Can anyone help?

hey,
this might be WAY off, but do you have macsbug or another debugger in your system folder? it wouldn't be in the extensions folder, so dragging all of that wouldn't do it, but doing 'shift' would kill the debugger as well.
