Spoke to Applestore.com rep last night and he said the new 10GB iPods are suposed to be in stock in 3-4 weeks.

I heard they will be available the 17th. Apple Stores are selling the old 10GB iPod for $349 now. I'm tempted.

After calling several Apple stores in the Southern California area we have learned that they only have the iPod 20GB models in. The new iPod 10GB and new iPod accessories will be available at Apple retail stores starting next week. Check with your local Apple store.

I'm waiting for the 10GB so hopefully I'll get it this week, my new case should be here this week too.
