The subject says it all. I just wanted to clean a few smudges off my LCDs and was wondering what I should use. Any ideas anyone? Maybe I should ask this in the 'book forum. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />

How you clean it is much more important than what you use to clean it.

There is nothing special about LCD panels, unless you are in Asia, where multi-coated (not matte) surface on an LCD panel is gaining in popularity.

1. blow away all dust and sand from the screen surface.
2. get a piece of Kleenex (Kleenex® by Kimberly Clark) and dampen it with alcohol or windex.
3. wipe in circular motion.
4. KEEP IT CLEAN by not touching it.
