Hello everybody,

I just got a job where I need to transfer huge video files from my G4 to a Wintel machine... is this possible to be done with a FW drive? Which one should I get? Any other comments on this?

So, I just need to format the HD on the PC, then it'll be readable by both machines? Sounds good to me...

I was thinking the reverse (formatting it on the Mac), but basically, yes. A DOS-formatted drive should mount fine under OS X or 9. It may result in slower transfers, though.
