17" CRT flat screen monitor question

	Hi. Just purchased a 17" Mag monitor and my screen is bowed upward in the middle of the screen (like the shape of a bridge). There is a feature on the monitor that corrects bowing horizontally, but not vertically like mine is doing. Is this a normal flaw in this type of monitor class (never had a flat CRT before) or does it need to be sent back?
