Sharp ip printer issues

	I am using a Powerbook on an MS network at work, and have successfully set it up to print to some HP lasers on the network (IP Printers). They have just installed a Sharp ARM445N, so I downloaded the Mac driver from Sharp, and tried to install it - I have the ip address, and the Mac recognizes the printer, but when I print, the print queue shows that the document is sent over and completed, but the printer does nothing. No record in it's version of the queue. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
