Resetting the settings on a 17" CRT?

I have an Apple 17" CRT monitor. The 1999 version. The picture has become tweaked in such a way that it bows at the top and bottom, inwards, as if being squeezed. The settings control panel has adjustements for the sides but not the top and bottom. Does anyone know how to reset the monitor back to factory settings? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
